The Australian Government has declared Osteopathy as an essential service, so we remain open to assist you with all your aches and pains in these tough times.
Our safety measures and infection control procedures are held to high standards, and are being updated daily.
The following measures have been implemented in our clinic to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff:
- We ask that if you are unwell, to please contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment or other options
- Hand sanitizer is provided at the front door which should be used as soon as anyone enters the clinic
- Practitioners are washing and sanitising hands before and after every client
- We are ensuring that high-touch areas including counters and door handles are cleaned frequently throughout the day
- We are utilising two (2) waiting room areas that clients will be asked to utilise to ensure social distancing
- We have also temporarily shut down the water cooler as an extra precaution
We are committed to doing our part in the prevention of the spread of antigens and plan to take additional precautions as necessary.
